PROTECT 700 is an anti-spatter liquid used to prevent the adhesion of slag or welding spatter.
This product contains no silicone and therefore allows subsequent surface treatments (painting, galvanizing, chromating).
PROTECT 700 can be used in an enclosed space as it is neither flammable nor toxic.
It can be diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to 5; for welding robots, it is recommended to dilute the product with water in a ratio of 1 to 1; for application with a pump, it is possible to use the product pure or diluted 1 to 1.
Base: Synthetic oil, silicone-free.
Appearance: Light yellow
Viscosity at 25°C: 30-100 cSt (Brookfield)
Temperature resistance: from -2°C to +200°C
Biodegradability: over 80%
Dilution: with water in all proportions

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Fill a sprayer:
• Spray at 20 cm from the part to be protected
• Deposits a thin, uniform film facilitating the rapid removal of welding spatter
• Remove with a degreaser or cleaner before galvanizing or painting the part(s) that have received SOUDURE ANTI GRATTONS
It is also possible to apply this anti-spatter product with a brush on the surface to be treated.

Wet the parts to be cleaned with water, then apply SUPER CLEANER onto them.

It can also be diluted with water to clean delicate surfaces or fabrics.
