For traditional MMA and INVERTER welding

Our electrode range

Welding electrodes are used for arc welding operations: rutile, basic, cellulosic… whatever the electrode, it is the key to a successful weld!
The rutile electrode is the most commonly used in MMA welding; it produces a weld bead with a good appearance in flat or fillet welding. This type of electrode is used for everyday structural steel and metalwork applications, generally for welding carbon steels.
For stainless steel welding, a more specific electrode is used for this type of metal. The stainless steel rutile electrode tends to stick frequently. The slag bursts off during cooling, hence the need to wear protective goggles in addition to the welding helmet during welding. Note that this electrode can be used on mixed welds — for example stainless steel-iron or stainless steel-hard steel, etc.
Just as with stainless steel, cast iron welding requires its own electrodes. Thus, a cast iron rutile electrode is used. Its handling is quite delicate, as it requires preheating. Furthermore, the cooling of the elements to be assembled must take place slowly and progressively, sheltered from the air, to avoid cracking. To do this, one can for example place hot sand or gravel under and over the piece to be welded.
The range offered by EURO-WELDING includes a selection of rutile electrodes for steel as well as welding rods for non-ferrous metals, aluminum welding rods, cast iron welding rods, stainless steel welding rods…

Our electrode holders and ground clamps

The electrode holder and the ground clamp are essential tools for MMA arc welding — choosing them correctly is necessary to achieve precise welds. The ideal MMA electrode holder is a compromise between grip, balance, weight, functionality, and intended use. Electrode holders can range from 250 A to 400 A, and even higher on certain models. The maximum electrode diameter defines the maximum amperage accepted by the electrode holder, as well as the cable connected to the welding machine. It is also essential that the connection point of the electrode holder must absolutely match the cross-section of the cable. The ground clamp, also known as the earth clamp, is the accessory that goes hand in hand with the electrode holder. It should always be placed as close as possible to the assembly to be welded for optimal weld quality. There are several types of ground clamps: C-clamp ground clamp, vice-type ground clamp, or brass or steel crocodile clamp.
EURO-WELDING offers high-performance electrode holders and ground clamps for MMA welding, with a varied and quality selection. These are tools that will allow you to optimize your welding comfort and develop your own personal technique in the way you weld. Our electrode holders and ground clamps, as well as all the other products and items we offer, comply with European standards.

For MIG MAG semi-automatic welding

Our MIG MAG torches

The MIG MAG torch is the essential accessory for any MIG MAG process. The torch combines several key functions in the process: producing the electric arc, advancing the welding wire, and diffusing the shielding gas. Equipping yourself with a quality torch is therefore paramount in order to obtain the best possible results for MIG MAG welding. Whether air-cooled or water-cooled, the choice of torch will depend on factors such as the type of welding, the welding current, the shielding gas, the filler material…
In the category dedicated to MIG MAG torches, you will find several quality models guaranteeing reliability and robustness, as well as ergonomics and performance. EURO-WELDING also offers all possible MIG MAG torch accessories to always ensure you have good equipment, such as nozzles, contact tips, adapter-diffusers, insulating rings, swan necks…

Our MIG MAG wire spools

Welding wire is used for semi-automatic welding operations. For MIG MAG welding, the welding wire must be chosen according to the metal you wish to work with, whether aluminum, stainless steel, steel… as it constitutes the filler metal. Wire diameters generally range from 0.6 to 1.2 millimeters. MIG MAG wires are generally presented on spools to be placed in the motorized wire feeder of the welding circuit.
A range of MIG wires for welding all types of steel grades is available on EURO-WELDING. Our range includes a selection of welding wires for steel as well as more specific welding wires: welding wire for aluminum, welding wire for stainless steel, gasless flux-cored wire, hardfacing wire… Whether solid wires or flux-cored wires, you can find what you need in the category dedicated to wire spools for MIG MAG welding machines. You will also find different types of drive rollers for welding wire to perfect your MIG MAG welding work.

Our gas bottles for MIG MAG welding

For an excellent welding result and high productivity, it is important to choose the right shielding gases for MIG MAG welding. Indeed, the effectiveness of shielding gases depends on their composition, and therefore on the gas or mixture used. In the MIG MAG process, it is the shielding gas (inert or active) that protects the weld pool from oxidation caused by the surrounding atmosphere.
EURO-WELDING offers a complete range of gas bottles for MIG MAG welding in the dedicated sub-category, with disposable or refillable gas bottles to suit everyone's needs. They are available in 1-liter, 2-liter, 11 kg, 19 kg bottles… Our gases are supplied by the biggest names in the field, gases capable of fulfilling their protective function and enabling irreproachable performance and weld quality under all MIG MAG welding conditions.

For TIG welding

Our Tungsten electrodes for TIG welding

In TIG welding, the non-consumable refractory Tungsten electrode is a key element that greatly determines the success or failure of the weld. Indeed, the quality of the weld depends directly on the Tungsten electrode — it is from this electrode that the electric arc emerges to melt the metal. Several types of Tungsten electrodes exist; the choice is made according to the specifics of the weld to be performed, the type of welding current, the nature of the electrode, and the electrode diameter.
EURO-WELDING offers a wide range of electrodes for TIG welding, perfectly suited for your various types of welding, whether for welding steels, stainless steel, or other metals and alloys. These are products tested and validated by our experts, as is everything else offered on EURO-WELDING.

Our filler metals for TIG welding

In the TIG process, a non-consumable tungsten electrode is used. In certain welding situations, the use of a filler metal is then essential to actually supply the metal responsible for ensuring the bond between the two pieces to be welded and to fill the joint to obtain a rigid assembly. Filler metal is therefore essential when welding thick pieces; no filler metal is often not required for materials such as stainless steels with thicknesses generally not exceeding 3 mm.
According to your welding needs, EURO-WELDING offers different types of filler metal for TIG welding. We have a full range of filler metals for both individuals and professionals, available in different diameters and lengths, whether for welding steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. All filler metals offered in their dedicated category are optimized for TIG welding generators and torches, and contribute to achieving a perfect welding result.

The essential wire brushes, magnetic positioners and chipping hammers

These are certainly the essential tools for perfecting all welding work, whatever the process used! Wire brushes allow you to clean the surface of your base material before and between each welding step. Generally triangular in shape, magnetic positioners or welder's magnets are very practical tools used to hold pieces in place before proceeding with welding.
The chipping hammer, also known as the welder's hammer, resembles a classic hammer with a pointed head on one side and a sharp chisel edge on the other. It can have a wooden handle or be made entirely of metal. As its name suggests, it is mainly used to remove welding residues. All these tools are available on EURO-WELDING to perfect your welding work!

Essential protective equipment

Welding is a delicate operation given the significant rise in temperature and the production of intense light. Wearing a welding mask, welding helmet, or welding goggles is essential to protect against the radiation emitted during welding and to avoid suffering from "welder's conjunctivitis." A protective apron and gloves are also required to prevent any form of burns.
