Semi-automatic multi-process MIG-MAG welding machine

This welding machine uses spool wire. This welding process allows welding of thin material (0.6 mm).

Very practical on thin sheet metal (automotive bodywork, chassis...), it avoids the weld bead restart that occurs when changing an electrode.

With the addition of a shielding gas, this machine enables welding of aluminium, stainless steel and steels in MIG-MAG mode.

MIG welding under gas shielding requires the use of pure Argon gas for aluminium welding or an Argon + CO² mixture for steels and stainless steels.

Special case: For steel, it is possible to weld without gas when using flux-cored wire (this allows, for example, easier outdoor use). In this case the thickness of steel sheets must not be less than 1.2 mm without risk of burn-through.

This machine uses wire spools of Ø 100 and 200 mm.


It is supplied with

1 MIG torch 180 A EURO connector (cable length 3 m) + 1 earth clamp (cable length 1.9 m).
1 reversible roller for steel - stainless steel wire Ø 0.6 / 0.8 mm.
1 gas hose length 1 m + hose clamp. This hose fits onto a regulator for refillable cylinders.

Inverter multiprocess welding machine MIG-MAG/FLUX/BRAZING/MMA/TIG DC-Lift controlled by microprocessor.
Particularly designed for bodywork applications, it allows immediate use of three different torches, two traditional MIG torches and one spool gun.

This feature enables direct intervention on different materials without needing to replace the torch and wire spool.
The traditional MIG torches are designed for welding steel, high-strength HLE steels, as well as stainless steel and braze-welding of galvanised sheets; the spool gun torch is specifically designed for aluminium even at a significant distance from the generator.

The SYNERGIC quick adjustment of welding parameters, thanks to ONE TOUCH LCD SYNERGY technology, makes the product very easy to use.
ATC technology, Made in Telwin, makes it easy to achieve excellent welds on thin thicknesses thanks to advanced arc control. It is also possible to intervene manually on arc length: this adjustment allows the shape of the weld bead to be modified according to the welder's style.

The ONE TOUCH LCD graphic display enables better reading of all welding parameters.
