The PROTIG 231 DC FV is a pulsed DC TIG welding generator, very compact and portable. Its PFC technology allows it to operate from 85 V to 265 V and to achieve a very stable arc even on 100 m site extension leads. In electrode welding, its Pulsed MMA mode facilitates vertical upward welding.

The PROTIG 231L DC PFC is a pulsed DC TIG welding generator with an integrated water cooling unit. Its PFC technology allows it to operate from 195 V to 265 V and achieve a very stable arc even on 100 m site extension leads. In stick electrode welding, its Pulsed MMA mode facilitates upward welding.

It features protection (+/- 15% variation) against electrical overloads, allowing it to be powered by a generator. However, the generator must supply a stabilized current.

Equipped with the following systems:
HOT START to facilitate arc striking, ANTI-STICKING which eliminates the problem of the electrode sticking to the workpiece, and ARC FORCE which increases the arc power when the welding arc is kept short.
VRD: This device reduces the voltage when the welding unit is switched on but not in welding mode; it thus ensures the welder's safety should they accidentally touch the electrode.

Rogue ET181i is a DC HF-start TIG and MMA welding machine built with the latest inverter technologies to guarantee an extremely stable welding arc, ideal for working on steel, stainless steel, brass, cast iron...

The electronic boards of the Rogue ET181i are protected by a special coating that insulates them from moisture and dust (IP23S protection).
