This induction heating system allows in particular to:

- Remove all adhesives, logos, strips, mouldings
- Remove bonded glazing while preserving the trim (rear window, quarter window, panoramic roof…)
- Remove anti-gravel coatings and seals
- Loosen and free mechanical parts (bolts, screws, spark plugs, injectors…)
- Remove minor dents from bodywork without needing to repaint (hail damage)

It is particularly suitable for bodywork and guarantees considerably reduced intervention times
It intelligently and completely automatically adjusts its intensity (Smart Power) using an innovative AutoCheck microprocessor system
Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, it can transfer a large amount of heat to a specific area (Smart Protection) in just a few seconds. In this way, glass, rubber, plastic and painted surfaces are not damaged in the area being treated or even in the surrounding areas

Delivered with bolt heater for Ø m8/m10 and M12/M14

A considerable time saving

Immediate flameless heating on a precise area, allowing work close to cables, pipes, or any heat-sensitive part without removing them
Supplied with three inductors, it can be adapted to all kinds of parts. Changing the inductor is very simple via a locking/unlocking system at the end of the product

The POWERDUCTION 37LG induction unit provides immediate heating power for loosening, heating steel or aluminium. Light and portable, it can heat metal parts for several minutes without interruption thanks to its liquid cooling system.

The ideal tool in mechanics and maintenance:
• loosening steering tie rods (wheel alignment)
• removal of seized wiper blades, spare wheel carriers
• freeing seized bolts, steering ball joints without damaging the boot
• removal of seized driveshafts in the hub. • removal of car or HGV exhaust lines. • separation of bonded steel or aluminium components

Supplied complete, pre-assembled with 1 x 90° heating inductor
