This inverter technology machine makes electrode welding easier thanks to direct current and its low power consumption
(230V-16A power supply).
It has an adjustment range of 10 to 170 A.
The digital amperage display allows you to be more precise in your work.
TIG welding allows you to weld on thin thicknesses that you could not achieve with an electrode in MMA mode.
Welding of steel, stainless steel, copper, nickel... possible from 0.5 mm thickness.
TIG welding mode requires the use of a shielding gas during the welding operation (pure Argon).
Arc ignition is achieved by touching the tip of the tungsten electrode to the metal workpiece and lifting it slightly to create the welding arc (TIG-LIFT ignition process).
It features protection (+/- 15% variation) against electrical overloads, allowing it to be powered by a generator. However, the generator must supply a stabilized current.
Equipped with the following systems:
HOT START to facilitate arc ignition, ANTI-STICKING which eliminates the problem of the electrode sticking to the workpiece, and ARC FORCE which increases arc power when the welding arc is kept short.
VRD: This device reduces the voltage when the welding machine is on but not in welding mode; it thus ensures the welder's safety should they inadvertently touch the electrode.
Delivered in a case with:
1 TIG torch 110 A with valve, gas opening valve on the torch; length 4 m.
This torch is equipped with a ceramic nozzle and a tungsten electrode Ø 1.6 mm.
1 flow meter for refillable gas cylinder.
1 MMA electrode holder allowing the use of rutile or basic electrode rods from Ø 1.6 to 4 mm, cable length 3 m.
1 ground clamp + cable length 3 m.

This unit enables welding with tungsten electrodes (TIG welding) on steel, stainless steel, copper, nickel...including aluminium.
It also allows welding with rutile or basic electrodes (MMA welding kit optional).
It comes with a 140A TIG torch with trigger, 4 m in length, plus a ground clamp.
It features the following functions:
TIG LIFT: Facilitates electrode striking.
TIG HF High-frequency arc starting WITHOUT CONTACT
TIG 2T/4T (manual or automatic welding)
TIG SPOT enables tack welding of parts prior to welding.
HOT START adjustable: additional starting power for electrodes that are difficult to strike.
SLOPE DOWN adjustable: this system eliminates arc extinction, thereby preventing crater formation at the end of the weld bead.
ARC FORCE: This process increases amperage when the welding arc is held short, which has the effect of increasing penetration and the mechanical strength of the weld bead.
ANTI STICKING: when welding with coated electrodes, prevents electrode overloading and thus preserves its characteristics.
TIG BI LEVEL: two different welding current parameters can be selected during the welding process, PRE-GAS/POST-GAS
( automatically adjusted by the microprocessor based on the current intensity and welding duration.
VRD: Improves safety during welding operations in damp environments
It also features the PULSE function, particularly suitable for welding thin sheet metal where low heat input to the workpiece is required, and adapted for welding in all positions.
As the pulse frequency increases, arc stability increases and therefore welding precision improves as well.
It also features the EASY PULSE system, allowing immediate welding in pulsed mode even if the welder is not accustomed to TIG welding, thanks to automatic parameter adjustment.
THINSPOT function, enabling fast and precise spot welding.
For connecting the unit to gas, it is recommended to use fitting 804208.

- 4-stroke: to start welding, hold the trigger once then press it again to stop welding.
- 4T "LOG": the operator can switch at any time between 2 welding currents with a brief trigger pulse (hot current and cold current)
MMA welding assistance: - Antisticking: reduces the risk of electrode sticking when in contact with the workpiece
- Hot Start: facilitates arc ignition and is adjustable according to metal type
- Adjustable Arc Force: regulates arc length variations
VRD (voltage reduction device): welding current is delivered only when the electrode is in contact with the workpiece (not activated by default).
• Memorization of up to 50 programs per process
• Current/voltage display after welding (verification of compliance with WPS/WPQR)
and Connectivity for remote controls (foot pedal, manual remote control)

The PROTIG 201L AC/DC represents the professional TIG welding solution for joining all types of materials up to 4 mm thick (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or titanium).
It offers very high precision across many fields such as craftsmanship, maintenance or pipework.
Equipped with a water cooler, it allows the use of more ergonomic TIG torches
6 TIG AC/DC welding processes
DC TIG: Ensures quality welding on all ferrous materials such as steel, stainless steel as well as copper and its alloys, titanium…
Pulsed DC TIG: Controls the temperature of the weld pool, limits distortion and thus enables the assembly of thin sheets from 0.3 mm.
DC TIG Spot: Pre-assembles ferrous metal parts by tack welding
AC Easy TIG: Simplifies use of the welding machine thanks to predefined parameters. The user only selects their tungsten electrode diameter on the interface
Standard TIG: Dedicated to welding aluminum and its alloys (Al, AlSi, AlMg, AlMn…). Alternating current ensures prior cleaning of the aluminum for a quality weld.
AC TIG Spot: Pre-assembles aluminum parts by tack welding.
2 coated electrode welding modes
Standard MMA: Accepts basic and rutile electrodes up to Ø 4 mm
Pulsed MMA: Facilitates vertical upward welding (pipes/pipeline...).

This unit enables welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum; ignition is either HF or LIFT type.
Its adjustment range is 5 to 350 A - Max current 350 A @35%
In MMA welding, it allows the use of electrodes from Ø 1.6 to 6 mm.
It also features the PULSE function, particularly suited for welding thin sheets where low heat input is required and adapted for welding in all positions.
When the pulse frequency increases, arc stability increases and therefore welding precision as well.
It also features the EASY PULSE system, allowing immediate pulsed welding even if the welder is not familiar with TIG welding, thanks to automatic parameter adjustment
THINSPOT function, enabling fast and precise spot welding.
It features the following functions:
TIG LIFT : Facilitates electrode striking.
TIG HF High-frequency CONTACTLESS ignition
TIG 2T/4T( manual or automatic welding)
TIG SPOT allows tack welding of parts before welding.
HOT START adjustable: additional starting power for electrodes that are difficult to strike.
SLOPE DOWN adjustable: this system eliminates arc extinction, thus preventing the formation of a crater at the end of the weld bead.
ARC FORCE: This process increases the amperage when the welding arc is kept short, which has the effect of increasing penetration and the mechanical strength of the weld bead.
ANTI STICKING: in the case of welding with coated electrodes, prevents electrode overload and thus preserves its characteristics,
TIG BI LEVEL: two different welding current parameters can be selected during the welding process, PRE-GAS/POST-GAS
( automatically adjusted by the microprocessor according to the current intensity and welding duration.
VRD : Improves safety during welding operations in wet environments
It also features the PULSE function, particularly suited for welding thin sheets where low heat input is required and adapted for welding in all positions.

It also features the EASY PULSE system, allowing immediate pulsed welding even if the welder is not familiar with TIG welding, thanks to automatic parameter adjustment
THINSPOT, function enabling fast and precise spot welding.
