Synergic multiprocess inverter welder with a 10–240 A adjustment range for welding:
1) Semi-automatic MIG/MAG wire welding supports steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brazing wire (for automotive sheet metal) with the appropriate shielding gas, as well as flux-cored wire for welding steel without shielding gas.
The PULSE process ensures high welding speed, excellent penetration and clean welds, and welding in any position.
This process is particularly recommended for welding thin aluminum and stainless steel.
Wire is fed by a four-roller drive motor.
The ROOT-MIG process makes it easier to weld sheet metal edge to edge, even across wide gaps (also in TIG welding mode).
2) Basic and rutile stick electrodes, Ø 1.6–6 mm (electrode holder optional).
3) Lift-arc TIG for welding steel, stainless steel and ferrous alloys (TIG torch optional).
The ATC process is highly effective when welding thin material (0.5–0.8 mm), as it reduces heat-induced metal distortion.
In addition to the welder, the price includes:
1 MIG/MAG torch rated at 250 A, 3 m long, fitted with a 0.8 mm contact tip.
1 reversible drive roller for 0.6/0.8 mm steel wire (installed on the machine).
1 ground clamp and cable
